I had an excellent experience at West Knowe Stays. The host, Matthew, was incredibly welcoming and provided us with lots of helpful information about the island. The gift hamper of local products was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. The cottage itself was clean, well-furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable self-catering trip. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the village center yet it felt remote and peaceful. The views from the patio were breathtaking, especially during sunset. The property was also well-stocked with essential amenities and had a great selection of kitchen tools. The private parking and included Wi-Fi were convenient bonuses.

One small drawback was that I could feel a bit of the bed springs on the left side of the bed. It would have been nice if the bed had a mattress topper to provide additional comfort.

The location was truly magical, tucked away at the end of a quiet track, with breathtaking views of the mountains from our patio. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, providing us with treats on arrival and even bird and squirrel food to attract the most beautiful wildlife. We felt right at home and can't wait to come back!

My partner and I stayed at the charming Old Dairy for a weekend getaway and were blown away by the hospitality. Jude and Matthew, the hosts, went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. From the sweet, informative notes to the thoughtful gifts and welcome message, every detail was perfect. The cottage itself was stunning, with breathtaking mountain views from the bedroom windows. We loved waking up to snowy peaks, observing the various bird species at the feeders, and even spotting a red squirrel and pheasants. The peacefulness and serenity were unmatched, and it truly felt like we were in our own little slice of paradise. The cottage was fully equipped with every amenity we could possibly need, including unexpected items like egg cups and weighing scales. Not to mention, the modern design and boutique bathroom products made us feel right at home. The location was also a highlight, with beautiful walks right from our doorstep and a short walk to Brodick. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay.
